Individualized one-on-one sessions or group consultations are  available for transitioning into technology-based hybrid or online pedagogy.  Support will include assistance with Project Delta SIRIUS courses.  Instructional strategies and best practices are introduced.

The FTRC staff  is  working closely with the Institutional Computing Advisory Council (ICAC)  and the Professional Development Advisory Council.

Services:

  • Advice and technical support for the e-learning  tools and initiatives established by the College.
  • Training in Adobe, Microsoft, and Pinacle Studio

Additionally, the Center supports video/audio digitizing and editing and scanning of  documents, photos, and large format documents.  Assistance is also  available for web page design and layout and DVD/CD-ROM creation and  duplication.

*Faculty  (full-time and adjunct) who want question pools developed in the eLearning  system for their class need to email ftrc@essex.edu with a doc attachment of  the questions.
